Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure the model car is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping. Note that customized or limited-edition model cars cannot be returned or exchanged.

We strive to make returns as seamless as your purchase experience. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, simply return the item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receiving it. Just follow these 3 easy steps:

2. Return Shipping Instructions

Send the item back using your country’s postal service. Examples include:

• USPS for the USA
• Canada Post for Canada
• Royal Mail for the UK
• Australia Post for Australia

3. Refund or Exchange

Once we receive the model car in good condition, we’ll process your full refund. If you prefer an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement model within a few days of receiving the original item.
