We stand by the quality of our models, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on returns due to damage or defects (minus return shipping). Other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Where do your models ship from?
All our inventory is housed in our office in El Segundo, California, USA, ensuring every model meets our quality standards before it ships. We do not drop-ship—we believe in personally handling each order to guarantee excellence.
What shipping options are available?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground within the U.S., depending on order weight. International orders (where available) ship via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail. Contact us for inquiries about expedited shipping or international availability.
